NeuroEdge Nexus – Legal Terms & Subscriber Agreement
Welcome to NeuroEdge Nexus. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms, which are designed to ensure transparency, professionalism, and compliance with European law.
A. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the European Union.
Any disputes will be resolved exclusively within EU jurisdiction.

€33/month or €333/year
Neuronexian Founding Members

Bi-annual Special Edition
€444/year (annual only)
Price Changes & Modifications
NeuroEdge Nexus reserves the right to modify subscription fees, content offerings, and subscription plans at any time.
Subscribers will be notified of any price changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
Continued use of the subscription after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
C. Refund Policy
Due to the digital and intellectual nature of our content, all subscription payments are final.
No refunds are provided once payment is processed.
Exception: If NeuroEdge Nexus fails to publish content for:
6 consecutive weeks (for monthly subscribers), or
6 consecutive months (for annual subscribers),
subscribers will receive a pro-rata refund or credit for the unused portion of their subscription.
D. Cancellation & Auto-Renewal
Monthly subscriptions: run for their full term and do not allow early cancellation.
Annual subscriptions: automatically renew unless cancellation notice is provided at least 1 month before renewal.
Failure to provide notice results in automatic renewal for the following year.
E. Intellectual Property & License
All content is the intellectual property of NeuroEdge Nexus and Dr. K. Elizabeth Reyes M.
Subscribers receive a personal, non-transferable license for private use only. PROTECTION POLICY
Redistribution, forwarding, copying, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
Any violation may result in immediate termination of the subscription and legal action.
F. Disclaimer of Liability
NeuroEdge Nexus provides educational and informational content only.
Content is not medical advice, and must not replace consultation with qualified professionals.
Subscribers assume full responsibility for how they apply insights.
Liability is strictly limited to the amount of subscription fees paid.
Modification of Terms clause
NeuroEdge Nexus may update or amend these Legal Terms & Subscriber Agreement from time to time, with or without notice.
Subscribers will be informed of significant changes via email or notification on the platform at least 30 days in advance.
Continued subscription or use of the service following such notifications shall constitute acceptance of the modified terms.
Material modifications that adversely affect subscribers will be highlighted and may include options to cancel without penalty during the notice period.
